The tube body consists of two halves which are fastened together by two locking rings, which increases the convenience for sample removal and ensures intactness of the sample.

NCJQ sedimentation tube can be used together with a thermostatic water bath. It is fastened by screws, ensuring good sealing performance. Consisted of two halves which are fastened together by two locking rings, the tube is thick enough to prevent deformation. Besides, it is made of brass for fast heat conduction, enabling cement sample to get heated evenly.
Tube body and tube caps of a conventional one are fastened together by external thread on the outer tube body. With the abrasion of the thread, its sealing performance will decrease.
